1963 AMC Rambler Classic 660 !!2-DOOR!! 58K ACTUAL miles. I bought it with 57076, and it currently is (almost) 58K. *** Please, I am open to partial trades, and if it is a Jeep/old pickup . . . *** Great running inline 6-CYL, good MPG, and always use fuel additives to preserve the original engien. Drives great, stops great, starts every time. Fresh base coat/clear coat paint close to original Sceptre Silver metallic. For 50 years old, it is a very nice car. Enjoy it as-is with no problems, or make it into the car YOU have always wanted. If I had the money, I'd drop in a stroked Jeep EFI 6cyl engine (good for 270 HP) and drivetrain that is unique, cheap, reliable, fits without issues, and keeps it in the family. But . . . I carefully disassembled anything that may have needed it and tried to preserve it in the "old-school" style and is as 1963 as a car can get. I have pictures and documentation for most of the things that have been done and even binder for references, and they are available upon request and go with the car. REDONE: fuel system, cooling system, ignition system, braking system and more. NEW: shocks (I have new both air shocks & gas shocks), brakes, door seals, carpet, tires on the original wheels powdercoated, NOT PAINTED and more. NEEDS: bumpers need redone, needs windshield wiper motor rebuilt. and little inconsequential items that, as with ANY old car, you can list lots of things you WANT to do, but nothing that would prevent you from enjoying it right now. I will NOT hide anything from you. Ask, I'll be honest with you, to a fault. I've tried to show some of the lots of progressive pictures I have in the advertisement. With/without trim and caps, before/after, etc. I have plenty more. If you would like to see something, it's easy for me to take an exact picture and email it to you. I have many replacement & OEM parts/pieces that go along with the vehicle in boxes as reference for part numbers. As you can imagine, finding correct parts for a '63 AMC Rambler is difficult and often means research. Example: the rear shocks cross reference for a '57 Chevy. So, when I bought things, I usually bought at least 2 of them and kept part numbers. Again, this is not a 100 point show car, it is a Neat/Hardly-ever-seen-car/Reliable/Easy-to-Maintain/Driver car.
